SHIPPING POLICY
BonTri Health delivers to most locations in Australia.

With BonTri Health's base location in Perth, deliveries within Perth are free of charge. Please select our Local Delivery option at the online check-out if you are a Perth resident.
For interstate customers, our products are sent via Australia Post Parcel delivery. Due to transport safety regulations, a hand sanitiser consignment is restricted to 500mL, and can only be sent via road/rail within Australia. Orders above 500mL will be sent in multiple consignments to comply with transport safety regulations.
RETURNS POLICY
Please make your product selection carefully. Unfortunately, change-of-mind returns for health products cannot be accepted, due to health and safety reasons.

If your goods are found to be damaged upon delivery, please contact info@bontri.com.au within 7 days and provide photographs/evidence of the damage. Once validated, a refund can be provided if damage is found to have occurred prior to delivery.
PRIVACY POLICY
BonTri values your trust and takes the protection of your personal information very seriously.
We are committed to protecting your privacy, and respect and uphold your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988. This policy outlines the way in which we collect, hold, secure, use and share your personal information. We encourage you to read it, so that you are comfortable with what we do and help us improve your experiences with us.

1. What is personal information?
As defined by the Privacy Act 1988, “personal information” means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable:
a. Whether the information or opinion is true or not; and
b. Whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not
Any time we use the term “personal information” in this policy, we are referring to this legal definition of the term.
2. What kinds of personal information does BonTri collect and hold, and how does BonTri collect it?
We always want to provide you with the highest level of service, so we collect and hold personal information necessary for our business activities and to enable us to provide the information, goods or services you might be looking for. If we do not collect the information, we may not be able to provide these things.
We collect your personal information directly from you when you activate or use our services, interact with us, either in person, over the telephone or electronically (e.g. via websites, chats, telephone, emails and/or SMS) or as otherwise required. This personal information may include your contact details, including your name, email addresses, telephone numbers, residential and delivery addresses.
3. Do I have to provide my name?
For many of our services, you generally have the option not to give us your name and can use a pseudonym if you prefer. If you, however, deal with us in this manner, we may not be able to provide all of our products and services to you or interact with you in other ways set out in this policy. For example, we will not able to deliver products to you if you do not provide us with address details for the delivery.
We may need your real name and a valid ID for specific purposes, or when we are required to ask by law.
4. How does BonTri secure my personal information?
Your personal information is important to us. We have designed our system with your security and privacy in mind.
Any personal information we hold is generally stored electronically in computers or cloud systems operated by us, or by our service providers. We implement a range of information security measures and encryption protocols when we handle your personal information to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or wrongful alteration.
We protect your payment card details with encryption. Do not include your full card details when you communicate with us via email, SMS, or chat messages. If we have to make a reference to your payment card number, we will only refer to the last four digits in any form of written communications.
5. For what purposes does BonTri collect, hold and use my personal information?
We primarily collect, hold and use your personal information to supply, promote and sell goods and services that you have requested, or which may be of interest to you, so that we can improve and personalise your experiences.
We may use your personal information for purposes which are incidental to the sale and promotion of our goods and services, or for other purposes which are within your reasonable expectation or permitted by law. We will, for example, require your delivery address in order to deliver products to you.
In addition, your personal information may be used for the following purposes:
Personalisation: To identify your preferences, to recommend features, products and services that may be of interest to your, and to personalise your experience with BonTri.
Communication: To send you offers and other communications that may be of interest to you.
Create and maintain your shopping account: To improve the convenience of your shopping experience, and to save your history on previous orders.
Analysis: To analyse your personal information in an anonymised and combined way when we analyse consumer trends.
6. Who does BonTri share my personal information with and why?
Your personal information is important to us, and we are very focused on making sure it stays safe.
We may use anonymised preferences and demographic statistics to assist with the marketing of products and services, without revealing your personal information.
There are limited circumstances when we do need to share or use your personal information, such as:

7. Marketing communications
When you register to hold an account with BonTri, we may send you commercial electronic messages and tailored advertising if you agree to let us do so. We may send you these messages via various channels and media (including by email, SMS, phone and email), but only when you have opted in to receiving such electronic messages.
You can choose not to receive commercial electronic messages via a channel, by using the unsubscribe facility.
Regardless of whether you opt-out of any or all commercial electronic messages, you will still receive information we are required by law to provide to you or service based communications.
8. How can I access my personal information?
You have a right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. You can access or correct your personal information on your online profile via your online account at any time.
Before we provide you with access to your personal information, however, we may require verification or proof of identity.
BULLYING AND HARASSMENT POLICY
BonTri is strongly against any form of bullying or harassment, whether directed at a fellow user of BonTri products, or a member of the BonTri Health team. Any defamatory content, comments which could reasonably be classified as a form of bullying or harassment, that are either posted on BonTri’s social media profiles, sent via messages, spoken over the phone, or posted to the public, if deemed necessary, will be reported to the relevant authorities and police.

Penalties for posting defamatory content, bullying or harassment can range up to, and include a monetary fine and/or imprisonment.
